Course Access Issues: If you are unable to access a purchased course due to a technical issue caused by Baroxirfad, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same course, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Wrong Purchase: If you purchased the wrong course by mistake, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing a course.

Course Completion: If you have completed more than 10% of the course content, no refund will be issued.

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Other Payment Methods: Refunds made via other payment methods, such as PayPal, will also be processed within 7–10 business days, but processing times may vary based on the payment platform.
